Triple Bottom Random Drumline, saison Triple Bottom Random Drumline - 5.8% Philadelphia - A Belgian farmhouse ale brewed with Warrior, Saaz, Hersbrucker, and Mandarina Bavaria hops, and some very special Twilight wheat malt from Deer Creek Malt. The darker malt gives it a slightly more robust flavor that is rounded out with lip smacking notes of apricot and spice. 7

Cigar City Marshal Zhukov, imp stout 10oz Cigar City Marshal Zhukov's Imperial Stout 10oz - 11.8% Tampa, FL - A hefty Russian Imperial Stout brewed and released in the late summer so that it reaches it's full potential in the winter. Opaque black in color, with notes of espresso, chocolate, dark toffee and hints of blackstrap molasses. 10
Roy Pitz Sour Hound, sour brown ale Roy Pitz Sour Hound - 5.0% Chambersburg, PA, refreshing yet complex sour brown ale. Light brown with reddish hues, aromas of dried fruit, apple, tea, cola, and toasted oak. German specialty malts relinquish flavors of cherry, walnut, caramel, and chocolate. Aged hops added in the boil add a tea like earthiness. Flaked oats provide a creamy thickness and toasted oak chips give it a charred woody finish. The Referend Krak!, cherry sour 10oz The Referend Krak! (2018) - 6.9% Pennington, NJ - A kriek style bier brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, aged hops and spontaneously fermented in puncheons. New York Morello and Montmorencey cherries were added which kicked off another fermentation. Notes of lemon zest, sea brine, cave aged cheese, and layers of bright cherries. 12

Bright, complex, and textural, with notes of citrus, white flowers, lemon curd, and stone fruit. Old Westminster Piquette Pet Nat, MD Old Westminster Piquette Pet-Nat 2019 - Westminster, Maryland - Native yeasts, minimal intervention, unfiltered, unfined, just barely sparkling. A little tart, a little fruity. a little funky. Super refreshing and delicious. Piquette is a traditional technique that ferments the leftover grape must from previous pressings to create a 'session wine' for the field workers. This one is made from estate grown Pinot Gris (hence the pink color) and Albariño grapes, fresh water and a little verjus. 13 / 65
Mosmieri Kakhuri, GE Mosmieri Kakhuri 2017 - Kakheti, Georgia - Hand picked autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes that are macerated on their skins and seeds for 5 months in stainless steel tanks as opposed to traditional qvevri. Carussin 'Asinoi' Barbera, IT Carussin 'Asinoi' Barbera d'Asti, Piedmont, Italy, 2017. An organic and biodynamic wine from the San Marzano area of Piedmont. Unfiltered, leaving a dark purple but vibrant wine with lots of grip from well integrated tannins, but a light profile with notes of cranberry, black pepper, and wildflowers. Carussin uses donkeys and horses to assist with work on the farm; Asinoi comes from a mix of "Asino" (donkey) and "noi" (us). 10 / 45

It is light to medium bodied, shows notes of red raspberries, crunchy red cherries & cranberries, herbs and spice with earthy undertones. Pipeño is the term for traditional huaso, or farmer of wine: all of Luyt’s are made by the farmers on their own properties with the logistical support of Louis-Antoine & his team. 12 / 72

Mezcal is an ancient agave spirit made throughout Mexico. It's historic cultural and production center lies in Oaxaca, but it is also made in every other state. While production methods vary wildly, making Mezcal usually involves roasting the agave hearts (piñas) in underground pits, spontaneous fermentation and double distillation. While it certainly can have smoky notes, many of the wild agave mezcals are done with a lighter touch to protect the true flavor of the plants.
